Handle is working with one of the world's largest music publishers to find their next Head of Commercial Marketing. This wholly-owned group also distributes a range of musical products worldwide - via its bricks-and-mortar stores and its leading on-line business.
The Head of Commercial Marketing is responsible for delivering the commercial strategies for the retail brands with a focus on -
- Driving consumers to all key sales channels - on-line and instore retail and to UK and European trade sales channels.
- Developing and delivering a trading calendar and related marketing activity to achieve sales, on budget.
- Overseeing and guiding the marketing team and budget to ensure effective commercial marketing, developing social media presence and with a CRM and PPC programme to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
We are looking for an individual with commercial retail management experience with proven capability of leading a marketing team and budgetary responsibility. Excellent working knowledge of CRM practice, and comprehensive experience in social media marketing including targeted advertising - PCC, is also a requirement.
