Handle Recruitment is looking for an exceptional Facilities Manager with significant experience at a leadership level to join a leading Music and Entertainment organisation as Head of Facilities Management. The successful Head of Facilities Management will ensure buildings are maintained to the highest achievable level while looking after all internal operations and outsourced functions. Overseeing multiple sites, main duties will include:
- Being the appointed Health and Safety officer for all sites
- Managing dedicated site teams inc: facilities, security, cleaning, post rooms, switchboards, receptionists and catering
- Working with finance team in planning & management of all annual building budgets
- Ensuring lease conditions are adhered to and landlord relations maintained
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- NEBOSH certification
- NEBOSH fire
- BIFM membership
- Incident Management
- DSE & Pregnancy RA
- Team Leadership
