This is a great opportunity for a Senior People Partner to join this exciting and incredibly fast growing global technology business based in Central London.
You must have previous leadership experience of leading high performing teams as you will lead and develop a team of 6 HR Generalists, whilst also delivering the UK People strategy and operational plans.
You will be expected to write strategic and operational plans for the year ahead, whilst being an analytical thinker who can connect data and measurements to HR activity
The position is a perfect development opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner who is ready to take on the operational responsibility for executing the People Plan.
Reporting into the UK HR Director you will oversee an employee Headcount of 350 and growing rapidly! Partnering with department heads you will work as a strategic and commercial business partner. As well as being a learning & development expert to drive, design and deliver creative and innovative L&D programs.
You will be a creative and entrepreneurial thinker who is able to show case creative projects from previous experience. With Solid UK employment law experience you will be able to work on high level and complex employee relation cases in a fast creative environment.
