An exceptional and new opportunity has just arisen for a Head of HR to join this national well known restaurant group. We are looking for an established HR leader with expertise in Learning & Development to join this fabulous hospitality business.
Working in a wider People team of 13 and reporting to the Director of People & Organisational Development you will be responsible for delivering HR and Learning solutions to maximise the people performance in order to retain talent and minimize risk, whilst maintaining the culture and family values. The ideal candidate will have current experience within the Hospitality or Retail industry, be a solid HR Generalist with a passion for Learning & Development. You will manage a team of 8 within 2 departments, HR & L&D.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying people & development gaps within the business and be expected to propose and implement changes as and where necessary to drive the business to success.
Work in partnership with Operations Team and People Advisors to identify training and development needs within the organisation and develop appropriate learning opportunities.
You will have previous experience of managing and leading a team as well as coaching and training employees. Strong Employee Relations experience including managing complex cases up to tribunal. You will have experience within Organisational Development including organisational restructuring and TUPE. And further experience in Reward, performance management, employee engagement.
We are looking for candidates who are CIPD qualified with additional leadership and training qualifications being desirable.
