The role will give responsibility for the development of all owned channels both online and offline, including continued optimisation of print, as well as the execution, management, and development of marketing across these channels, with P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will work with a range of business units internally, and manage a team of media planners to ensure delivery against the trading calendar.
Main activities will include planning of campaigns across display, social, mobile, programmatic and ATL media channels to drive acquisition, campaign management, the strategic development of subscriber acquisition plans, managing relationships with external media agencies, strategically optimising customer experience, and developing a solid attribution model.
We are in search of an outstanding candidate who has a proven track record of successfully managing the digital marketing activities for a B2C organisation, and a strong experience with offline media planning and buying. We are also looking for experience of budgeting, forecasting and P&L management. Online trading management experience is also essential, as is an affinity with data analysis and online acquisition marketing.
