Are you an ambitious, senior HR generalist looking for a career making opportunity within the tech start-up space?

We are working on a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a fast growth tech start-up at a pivotal point in their journey. This is a disruptive, creative tech driven brand making waves in the industry. Joining an inspiring exec team, this will be the first senior HR hire to the business and you'll have an immediate seat at the table and the opportunity to create and develop an innovative people strategy in line with their ambitious growth plans. Working with talented and smart individuals you'll have the freedom to put your own stamp on this role and shape how this brand defines the next stage of their success.

In a real blank canvas role, you'll have a broad generalist remit with a particular focus on Talent management and Talent Acquisition strategy, and building the right infrastructure to support the international expansion. You'll have a small team and you'll grow this as the business evolves.

Ideal candidates will have ideally worked within a high growth international tech, eCommerce or product driven business environment and be looking to apply their experience in an earlier stage start-up business. You'll know what great looks like as well as having the flexibility to work in a truly agile environment. You'll have a solid generalist experience as a foundation, have excellent exposure to ER, strong employment law and an understanding of the complexities of an international environment. You'll relish the opportunity of working in such an exciting and disruptive business environment & bring an entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity along with you.
