A broad generalist remit, you'll look after all elements of the employee life cycle, and have ownership for a number of projects. Working as part of the UK leadership team, you'll partner with C-Suite to drive forward this change and create future looking strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a senior generalist with a broad technically strong HR skillset and a progressive, creative approach. You'll ideally be experienced in working for organisations that have gone through big periods of change and transformation. You'll be technically strong but also thrive working with minimal process and structure, reacting well to ambiguity across the business
