Handle have partnered with a scaling music streaming business in London who are looking for their first Head of People to join the business in a newly created role!
As the company continue to grow, the business are in a great position to bring in a HR Lead to focus on all things people and culture related, as well as define and drive forward the HR strategy internationally.
Heading up the London office as well as small offices across EMEA, you will have full autonomy to develop everything from contracts, ER, L&D/training, updating and devising fit for purpose policies and processes, culture and wellbeing initiatives, all the way through to providing strategic insight and support to the exec and senior leadership team.
Joining a fast-paced industry disruptor, you will need to be a self-starter, innovative and adaptable in your approach to ensure the people agenda is aligned to each country and the vision of the business continues to come to life.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring this creative business reach their next goals and continue to scale up so solid HR experience in a startup within a similar creative industry is essential.
