Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales for a start-up online platform connecting professional models and verified brands in a safe and transparent space. This business is at the forefront of reimagining the way of booking models, shaping a better, more ethical and efficient solution for the industry.
As the Head of Sales you will implement a growth strategy, onboard brands and increase bookings and client retention.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Proactively arranging meetings with & pitching to fashion executives and senior management involved in model/talent booking.
- Leading the growth strategy development & implementation.
- Sales planning and projections.
- Following up on new business opportunities.
- Researching & developing possible partnership opportunities.
- Participating in marketing strategy development with the team and advisors.
- Driving awareness and confidence within the industry
- Acting as a spokesperson for the brand where applicable.
- Supporting the founders with presentations for potential clients, partnerships and investors.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in a senior, strategic sales role
- Track record of successfully having met and exceeded sales targets.
- Fashion / Beauty / Luxury industry experience with an existing network of contacts.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- A curious and self-starting nature.
- Excellent time management & planning skills with ability to remain calm under pressure.
