Are you a progressive, innovative and forward thinking talent acquisition specialist?

Handle are excited to be working on a brand new role with an iconic global media company who are looking to hire a new high calibre Head of Talent Acquisition.

You will play a key strategic role in defining a comprehensive strategy for talent acquisition, looking after a recruitment team of 3 in the UK and another in the US. In this newly created role you will work collaboratively with the HR and People team and Directors within the business to assess recruitment needs and challenges and come up with creative and proactive solutions for you and your team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for instigating an innovative approach to recruitment, encouraging a balance of reactive role management with more proactive resourcing practice and the networking model they are aiming towards. You will also be responsible for rolling out this successful recruitment model to the other areas of the business and to grow your team further.

The successful candidate will introduce a new, fresh and creative strategy proposition where you will be able to focus on projects with the Talent Team around Diversity & Inclusion, employer branding, and the EVP.

We are looking for strategically thinking influencer who has built a progressive talent acquisition team either by reinvention and transforming an established brand or building something in a start-up business from the scratch!
