Job Description

Do you love working in a super-fast, cool, creative and fabulous environment, your feet never touching the ground, managing high performing teams, whilst travelling to multiple countries to find the best talent globally? Does this sound like you?

I am partnering with one of the world's leading VFX businesses to appoint the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. This role will be based in London and will manage a team of 15 recruitment partners globally. It's such an incredibly fast pace role, with approximate hires of around 1600 people over the year and will require a leader who is used to working to this volume of hires, whilst it being the normal working week/ month / year. It literally never stops!

Have you worked within a global recruitment team within VFX / Film / TV? Do you have the mental capacity to understand that this volume of hires is normal? Recruiting in a dynamic market, thinking and behaving strategically whilst also getting involved and getting your hands dirty!

In this role as well as managing, guiding and developing the teams globally you will also define, develop and maintain the global recruitment strategies in an ever changing environment. The Film industry is incredibly competitive and it will be your team's responsibility to ensure you are keeping candidates engaged whilst your competitors are doing the same.

This position partners with the Senior Executives and so we are looking for a confident and capable strategic Talent Acquisition leader.

Candidates on a short or no notice period would be preferred!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of sending your CV then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for the position you have applied for.
