This is a rare, unique and exciting opportunity for a Head of Talent (Heavily OD focused) for this leading e-commerce business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working with the entire HR function and business leaders your main priority will be to Identify, nurture and develop all of the existing talent's potential and their readiness to help drive future success of the business by understanding the organisational needs, capability and skill requirements, your input will drive future success.
Using your expertise and passion for talent and development, you will lead and support the business in talent identification and segmentation, succession planning, leadership development, career development, coaching and training. You will be strongly focused on delivery and collaborate widely to achieve challenging objectives. You will have bring thought leadership in how to inspire and develop people and organisations.
You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, to develop and maintain effective internal talent pipelines based on business requirements and talent needs, creating career maps to meet future business priorities. Working with People Team and Business Leaders to establish and implement a Talent strategy focusing on future needs, 'potential for what' identification, leadership risk and succession planning. Partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and external partners to identify capability gaps, planning and providing for current and future talent needs that meet near term and long term business requirements.
The client group is circa 700 including freelancers and the wider HR team is 17 people. This position has no direct reports at this stage, however a function will be built around the role as it comes out of the development stage.
We are looking for candidates who come from a fast paced, e-commerce / digital marketing, data related organisation.
