Our client is keen to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant, ideally with knowledge/ experience within HR.
Day to day duties will involve HR administration; creating letters from templates; running reports; administration/ on boarding of new starters; liaison with benefits providers; maintaining employee database and systems; responding to employee HR related queries.
Specific software skills required:
- Essential - experience of g-suite (Gmail, Google sheets, Google slides)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel including V look-ups, pivot tables and IF formulas.
- Experience of Salesforce is a bonus.
This is a temporary role due to start on 17th May, for a duration of 3 months. Interviews will take place this week so the process will be moving very quickly.
