Are you an established HR Adviser looking to join a globally renowned media company?

Handle have partnered with an international mass media company located in Central London to find an interim HR Adviser.

As interim HR Adviser you will be required to support the corporate functions- mostly legal and finance divisions. This is a generalist role where you will be required to support with employee lifecycle administration, onboarding and helping to organize training and development initiatives. You will also be required to advice line managers on a range of policies and procedures as well as leading and coaching managers dealing with ER cases.

To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate thorough generalist experience. Previous experience working in SME's or larger environments is highly desirable for this role. Exposure to supporting corporate client groups would be highly beneficial as you will be required to support challenging stakeholders within legal and finance divisions.

As an individual you will be extremely personable with a proactive and can do attitude, you will also demonstrate a genuine passion to deliver and develop within HR.

You will be required to start ASAP so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
