Are you an immediately available junior HR professional looking for a temp role in a fast-paced, commercial environment? Handle are working with an established Advertising Agency to find an interim HR Coordinator to start ASAP.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Starter/leaver admin
- Holiday/sickness absence tracking
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Updating details for payroll, e.g. contractual changes
- Maintaining the HR system
- Drafting contracts and offer letters
- Other general HR admin responsibilities
What are they looking for?
- An experienced HR Administrator or Assistant
- A robust candidate able to handle high volumes of HR admin in a fast-paced environment
- A smart approach to problem-solving
- Ability to build strong working relationships quickly and effectively
We are looking for someone to start immediately and work until the end of July.
