Handle are working with a privately owned international client within the world of Art. The company is in the process of a re-structure across their People functions and are looking for a candidate ideally with at least 18 - 24 months experience within HR.
The role will allow you to work closely with everyone in the business supporting all elements of the employee life cycle, from attracting the best employees and engaging with them and their managers to help them develop in their roles. This role will be very hands on as you will be providing admin support to the Director of People across:
- The employee life cycle
- Talent Acquisition
- Leadership Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- HR Operations
- People Strategy
If you have experience in working within a fast paced organisation that has gone through a period of huge changes and thrives on an environment that is building new process and structure and being able to adapt easily to changes throughout the business, this may be the challenge you are looking for. You will need to be confident with managing stakeholder relationships, super organised and have a keen eye for attention to detail!
