Handle are working with leading Creative businesses who are looking for an adaptive HR Assistant to support the HR team in the day to day running of the HR function. This is a very hands-on role and you will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries ensuring that the function runs professionally and smoothly.
You will be the first point of contact for employees for HR queries, recruitment and general support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for employee administration including contracts, benefits, policies, assessments, on/off-boarding, HR policy, processes and enquiries.
The Human Resources Assistant role is crucial to ensuring the success of the department by providing administrative support for the HR team and being the first point of contact for all employee queries during a very busy period.
It is critical that the HR Assistant is happy with detail, will actively contribute to new initiatives and can take on areas of responsibility when required.
- You will need at least 1-2 years HR experience, ideally within a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- HRIS experience
- Flexible/Growth mind-set - someone who is excited by change and keen to give ideas and initiatives
