Handle are pleased to announce that we are recruiting for one of the most instantly recognisable entertainment media brands on a new HR Advisor opportunity based in Central London.
Our ideal candidate will be creative, resilient and have strong stakeholder management experience. You will be expected to offer sound commercial advice within your business areas as well as working proactively on delivering on HR Operations in an informal and imaginative style.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be autonomous for your client group business area but you will have the full support of the UK HR team and Group L&D, Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits specialists.
- Assist the Head of HR with organisation design initiatives and the delivery of the HR Strategy
- Deliver a mentoring approach to line managers on long term absence and performance management issues to ensure a unified process across the organisation
- Leading on mergers, acquisitions, restructures and ideally experience in managing consultations would be highly advantageous
- Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to tailor development plans and running the annual appraisal process
