Handle are working with a well-known fashion and lifestyle brand to find an HR Advisor to provide outstanding first-line support for employees in over 100 stores across the UK.
The HR Advisor is an essential component in the running of stores across the country and must understand business strategy in order to develop existing HR processes to support business growth. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for Shop Managers and staff relating to all ER issues and work closely with the Development & Culture Manager to create and deliver training needs.
This business prides itself on its unique approach to People and delivers a retail experience with a difference. The ideal candidate will come from a retail background, however those with a commercial business acumen are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong ER: ability to effectively advise colleagues and partners
- Project management: leading and developing the Retail team, as well as managing ad-hoc projects and annual processes
- Commercial acumen: making decisions to support both employees and the business
- Strategically-minded: converting existing strategy into an operational and developmental process
