Handle are working with an internationally renowned fashion brand who are looking for an HR Advisor to support the HR Lead and Senior HR Manager with their People Plan.
Working for this formidable fashion brand, your main priority will be to nurture and develop the new and existing team members, ensuring the best are being resourced and retained.
You will be based in London four days per week and at the Leicester campus one day per week.
Working within a business partnering HR model, you will build robust relationships with both managers and HR specialist teams.
You will take full ownership of establishing development programmes and act as the People sponsor for key business projects.
You will be responsible for advising managers to drive performance within their teams, putting procedures in place for those under performing and identifying talent across the company.
You will have the following skills and experience:
