Handle are working with a well-known fashion and lifestyle brand on an HR Advisor position. Immediate start. Based in London 3-4 days a week with 1-2 working days required travel to their Leicester office. Up to £35,000.
As HR Advisor you will take responsibility for providing an HR support function to employees within both the London and Leicester offices. You will spend 3-4 days of your working week in the head office in London, responsible for Buying, Merchandising, Design, Technical, Creative and Web, and 1-2 days in the Leicester office, where the Distribution and Customer Contact centres are based.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be supporting the new HR team in delivering strategy whilst effectively managing the employee life-cycle and ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end ER, possess a commercial approach to HR and the ability to effectively manage ad-hoc projects and annual processes. Candidates from a retail background are highly desirable, but those with commercial experience are also urged to apply.
The role would suit someone based in or within commutable distance of London, with good rail or road networks into Leicester. Travel expenses will be paid for by the company.
