Handle are excited to be working with a global and prestigious luxury cosmetics brand who are looking for a talented HR & Recruitment Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a new role to the business and is a great opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Manager to join a fast-paced and growing company which offers fantastic career development opportunities.
Based in central London, you will have a HR Admin and 2 Recruiters reporting directly in to you to assist with all aspects of recruitment and retention initiatives, as well as HR duties such as succession planning!
Supporting the HR Director and Head of HR, you will manage HR departmental budgets and will utilise innovative recruitment tools to understand the recruitment needs of the business and to make sure the companies iconic brand identity runs consistently across the business.
You will be responsible for creating a retention strategy to ensure that exceptional talent is not only being recruited into the company but that employees stay long-term because of the inspiring and collaborative culture.
- Implement forward-thinking recruitment and selection strategies
- Create and sustain a strong PSL
- Work with managers to analyse people performance
- Develop HR processes to support effective succession and talent plans
- Design recruitment training programmes and people objectives throughout the company
