Handle are working with an exciting well-established Food & Beverage company. They are looking for a proactive HR & Systems Administrator with at least 6-12 months HR experience and in particular, experience using SAP and data migration is ideal.
The role will include providing administrative support to the People Team made up of 5 people and wider businesses and reporting into the Head of People. You will be managing and maintaining the internal HR System (HRIS), inputting starters, leavers and updating any changes into SAP. You will also be responsible for assisting with training coordination across the business and get the opportunity to be involved in people related projects.
A keen eye for detail is vital in this role as you will responsible for all payroll and and benefits administration and will also be issuing contracts, letters and assisting in the induction process. You will be creating and running reports so will need to use your analytic skills.
