I am working with a leading creative organisation who are looking for a HR Assistant to join a small existing HR team for at least 3-6 months.
You will be the first point of contact for employees for HR queries, recruitment and general support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for employee administration including contracts, benefits, policies, assessments, on/off-boarding, HR policy, processes and enquiries.
The Human Resources Assistant role is crucial to ensuring the success of the department by providing administrative support for the HR team and being the first point of contact for all employee queries during a very busy period.
- 1 year's HR experience within a small-to-medium sized organisation, ideally in media, creative, entertainment or publishing companies.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous diary management experience would be an advantage
