Handle are working in partnership with this award winning creative agency on a very exciting position to lead, create and deliver their People Strategy, manage projects and to support and develop existing People Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a progressive and commercially-minded People Partner who thinks outside the box to bring a high level of intellect and ideas to the table within this inspirational business.
Playing a key strategic role, you will shape and implement the HR business plan for c.250 people, partnering with the senior leadership to structure HR strategy around business goals and objectives. The role will encompass not only the HR Generalist day to day activities, but contribute to the continued growth and development of the business through change management initiatives, effective resource planning in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
Strong stakeholder management is crucial to the success of this role and so we're looking for applicants with previous business partnering experience.
- Experience of working within a strategic HR role within creative space
