Job Description

Handle are excited to be working with a prestigious and well respected creative media company who are looking for a strong HR Business Partner to come on board. Working with multiple client groups and supporting c.600 employees, you will be sat with a phenomenal team around you and will report into the HR Director to help deliver the HR strategy.

Your main focus will be to partner with stakeholders from each creative business area and provide hands on, day to day support. You will manage all ER cases from low level to complex with the support of employment lawyers on-site when necessary.

Communication and attitude is so important for this role as you will business partner multiple stakeholders across a range of creative business areas so being adaptable in your approach and building strong relationships is vital. Being comfortable working in a reactive, busy and often chaotic creative working environment is also key.

This is a true generalist role focusing on all areas of HR and supporting the wider L&D and Talent Acquisition team where necessary. You will line manager a junior member of the HR team and will work on lots of proactive HR projects which you can take ownership of. Strong stakeholder management is crucial to the success of this role and so we're looking for applicants with previous business partnering experience in a professional, yet creative industry or environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Advise all staff on HR policies and introduce new processes rolled out across the business.
  • Assist Managers with the monthly review system
  • Support the wider HR teams (L&D, Comp and Bens, Recruitment) with any ad-hoc projects
  • Coach Managers on probations, performance management and training initiatives.
  • Oversee day to day HR and manage all ER cases
  • Work on so many exciting HR projects
  • Be a true business partner
