Handle have partnered with a digital brand who are looking for an interim HR Business Partner to come on board and offer additional support to the senior leadership team and creative client groups.
The business has been on a really exciting journey over the last few years to transform the HR offering internally so they are looking for someone with a commercial mindset, progressive approach and someone who will ensure employees are at the heart of everything they do.
Solid business partnering experience in similar creative industries is essential for this role in order to hit the ground running and you must be able to demonstrate clear examples of initiatives and stakeholder management experience. Exposure to change management programmes is ideal and a wealth of knowledge you can tap into when it comes to driving forward HR initiatives and delivering on the people agenda.
