Handle have partnered with an instantly recognisable international Entertainment brand who are looking for an HR Business Partner to come on board to cover a 9 to 12-month maternity contract that starts mid-November/ December.
Working alongside wider HR team, supporting your own client group, you will be happy doing a mix of strategic work as well as being hands-on with day to day support.
In this role you will also have a large input in different project work - these include an employee engagement survey, talent development, well-being, OD and transformation.
Being adaptable in your approach will be key, as well as coming into the role with significant experience working in complex business structures and partnering with a variety of senior stakeholders.
