We are looking for a commercial, forward thinking Senior HR People Partner to support, coach and guide c.250 people in generalist HR, as well take a large role in the creation, design and delivery of projects affecting their specialist industry and market.
Their environment can be fast paced and reactive, so our ideal candidate will always be thinking outside of the box to anticipate the needs of their stakeholders and the ripple effect that has across their entire creative process.
You will be working with a passionate senior management team who are looking for a progressive People Partner who embraces innovative thought and is always looking towards the bigger picture.
Working with the senior stakeholders you will be responsible for knowing their business and talent identify strengths and weaknesses and plan appropriate action to deliver the business goals.
Experience and an interest in the creative and entertainment industry is highly desirable to suit the communication style and culture of such an entrepreneurial, continuously evolving and rewarding industry.
