This lead HR position for their UK Population will play a key role in developing the people strategy which reflects and supports the business aspirations.
You'll be a true People Partner who's at the top of your game; a truly commercial operator who is looking to have a seat at the table, bringing new ideas and a fresh perspective.
In addition to driving the People Strategy, you'll be leading on Recruitment and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, OD, ER as well as building talent management frameworks and mentoring the HR Assistant who will support you with the employee lifecycle and administration. Together with the leadership team, this HR function of two, will continue to deliver on the vision of a Talent first People strategy and high performing culture.
Our ideal candidate will be a trusted HR partner from either a lead or standalone HR role, or from an HR Business Partnering model with responsibility for your own client group, c. 100-200 people.
You should be someone who challenges the status quo, and adept at driving forward new strategy and business change. You'll make decisions based on commercial and customer outcomes and operate in a highly collaborative way.
