Managing multiple clients groups across the UK, you will ensure you are setting the tone for the team in relation to forward thinking HR ways of working and will be the driving force behind so many exciting projects.
You will be expected to build strong relationships across the company and to be a trusted partner of the business. You will mentor the team, ensuring that they are progressing and hitting key deliverables. Working in a fast paced business, this is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with an inspirational and credible People Director and genuinely be able to make an impact on the business, partnering with key stakeholders and the senior leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be hands-on, providing day-to-day operational and strategic support, as well as the opportunity to lead on key change management programmes within the business - some wider projects will be focused around culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion etc. You will have a proactive mind-set, always thinking commercially as well as strategically and have solid ER and change experience.

- Partnering with the senior leadership to structure HR strategy around business goals and objectives
- Providing commercially viable HR advice to their creative client group with a strong focus towards coaching and improving management capability
- Leading on change and organisational development for the business
- Proven track record for employee development and engagement, talent planning and management
- Strong employee relations experience
- Commercial attitude and industry knowledge
- Proactive team player maintaining a real emphasis on relationship building
