Managing multiple clients groups across the UK, you will ensure you are setting the tone for the team in relation to forward thinking HR ways of working and will be the driving force behind so many exciting projects.
You will be expected to build strong relationships across the company and to be a trusted partner of the business. You will mentor the team, ensuring that they are progressing and hitting key deliverables. Working in a fast growth business, this is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with an inspirational People Director and genuinely be able to make an impact on the business, partnering with key stakeholders and the senior leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be hands-on, providing day-to-day operational and strategic support, as well as the opportunity to lead on key projects within the business - some of these projects will be around culture and engagement, diversity in the tech space etc. You will have a proactive mind-set, always thinking commercially as well as strategically.
