Do you at least 2 year's experience as a HR Assistant or HR Coordinator covering all aspects of HR and confident managing stakeholder relationships?
We are working with an award winning independent comms agency, who have been building and maintaining the reputations of brands and businesses spanning every size and sector for over 23 years.
This is an exciting opportunity to work autonmously within the HR function, focusing on recruitment, managing the rewards and benefits process, be involved with employee engagement, be the first point of contact on any HR queries, keep all HR files up to date and ensure HR administration is maintained.
This role will allow you to take control of the HR function with the help and support from a collaborative team, you will be reporting directly into the CEO. There is room to grow within the role with the freedom to offer new ideas and initiatives.
