This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant looking to step into a permanent HR Coordinator role to support extremely credible senior HR professionals with the full employee lifecycle and be responsible for all the new starters for the business! From the second a candidate accepts the offer until they pass their probationary period, you will be the face of HR and guide them through their first few months with the company.
To be successful in this role you must have really strong HR admin experience and have previous experience working in a busy HR role as you will be responsible for a super high volume number of new starters and be the go-to person for HR queries.

Taking full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, you will combine your previous HR experience, creativity, and innovative thinking to enhance the current HR offering and support the wider company.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a strong foundation of HR knowledge, at least 12-18 months HR experience and looking to build on this by taking ownership of everything from offer letters and contracts, through to preparing goody bags for their first day, holding inductions across the business and ensuring that you are always there for employees during their exciting first few months.
This is often a very fast paced environment so having great attention to detail and organisational skills will also be key!
- Prepare new starter documentation, contracts, offer letters, exit interviews, visa checks
- Support on all benefit documentation (pension, PMI, Childcare Vouchers etc.)
- Maintain all trackers for work experience, temps, joiners, leavers.
- Manage the HR database
- Support on ad-hoc company projects
- Process all employee changes, sending out paperwork where necessary and supporting the team with employee queries
- Be a brand ambassador and ensure their fantastic culture is maintained
