Are you passionate about researching, analysing and presenting data?

Here at Handle we have partnered with a design and architecture studio who are looking for an HR Data Analyst and Resourcing Coordinator to join the People team.

The role involves being a primary point of contact in the people team for capacity planning for project resourcing needs. The successful candidate will lead on data and insights and will work closely with the Talent Manager.

You will be responsible for providing data analytics to HR and the rest of the business around all areas of recruitment, learning, compensation and benefits.

You will be keen to play a key part in innovating business decisions and sharing a knowledge with the team on data insights trends.

In this role you must be confident, inquisitive and use data analytics to identify improvements and deliver solutions.

Key attributes:

  • Previous experience in project work
  • Ability to work under the pressure in ever changing environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience using data or scripting language (sql preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and being comfortable to deal with ambiguity in an unstructured environment
  • BA/ BS degree
