Handle have partnered with a creative Digital Agency looking to hire their first HR, Data and Systems expert to join their People & Culture Team.
This successful organisation has been steadily growing over the past few years and works for some of the most instantly recognisable brands in the consumer and retail space.
Joining an already established HR & People Team, your role will take responsibility in utilising their data and your analytical approach to make the most out of their HR Systems.
Creating all reports for the business, you must have previous experience taking the lead in managing HR database as well as various additional systems such payroll, expenses and a recruitment ATS. The success of this role will be defined in how you are able to relate this information to leadership as they build a forward thinking HR strategy.
In this role you will look at how to truly utilise the HR system to its fullest potential and how to improve manual processes (such as contract creation, trackers etc) to be streamlined and made more efficient.
Working alongside the People Assistant and People Advisor you will also have the opportunity to get involved in HR lifecycle, and so a background in generalist HR would be advantageous.
- Input, maintain and track data on the HR system
- Review and recommend changes and process improvement continuously
- Development of the current HR system to support the HR strategy, company vision and growth plans
- Connect the People team and the Payroll team
- Be a Superuser and train new starters on how to use the HR system during the induction process
