Handle have partnered with a leading global media company who generate content for over 100 countries worldwide and you will based in their London office - they are looking for an HR Executive to come on board for an initial 6 month FTC to support the UK population of c.500 employees.
You will be joining a HR Manager who is keen to develop you and help you grow in your career so this is an exceptional opportunity for a driven HR Generalist - you will quickly step up so bringing with you strong HR Assistant or HR Coordinator level skills and experience is essential.
We are looking for a switched on HR Generalist with previous experience managing everything within the employee lifecycle as well as being the first point of contact for all HR queries (escalating to the HR Manager when necessary), and supporting on wider HR projects.

You will need to be personable and diligent as you will be supporting a large population (c.500) and will be visible throughout the company.
- Be first point of contact for all HR queries
- Manage induction process
- Update HRIS and pull reports when needed
- Process maternity and flexible working requests
- Run inductions and have full ownership of the employee lifecycle (contracts, new starters, leavers, changes)
