The client, a highly successful, award winning TV production company have been going from strength to strength and winning new clients and contracts and have been growing to meet their new workloads. Now over 100 people, they are investing in their People & Talent function to hire an HR Manager to take over all their day to day needs whilst also keeping their HR Consultant to handle any more complex or strategic needs.
You'll have the best of both worlds in this role, full autonomy day today, a highly talented and engaged workforce, creative and ambitious leadership and the opportunity to grow as an HR Professional with some mentoring from their Consultant.
Day to day, you will be reporting to the COO and you will have direct access to directors and the senior management team and therefore you must be able to demonstrate strong credibility and ability to influence at the highest level.
This is an amazing opportunity to implement key processes to add value and demonstrate the benefits that HR brings to the wider business. There will be a focus on talent and development, as well as ER, recruitment and information management.
