Handle are partnering with a fantastic fast growth tech company who need a solid HR Generalist to come on board to work on key projects within the business on a 6 month FTC.
Working with industry experts in a truly collaborative and people focused culture, you will play a big part in developing and rolling out new processes that will help this fantastic, forward thinking business continue to grow. Not only this, you will have an amazing opportunity to develop and build upon your own skill-set to help further your HR career.
You will be able to hit the ground running and support on key projects around benefits, process mapping, streamlining HR processes and any ad hoc projects the HR team and wider company are working on.
Ideally you will have experience working in a smaller business environment and be comfortable getting stuck into a new role straight away.
- Roll out new company bonus scheme
- Assist with reward and recognition initiatives
- Review benefit providers
- Manage salary bench-marking, salary reviews and streamlining job description
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on policies and procedures
- Support with ER issues, performance and development initiatives
