Handle are excited to be working with a well-known entertainment brand who are offering the amazing opportunity for an entry level candidate to undertake a HR internship to kick start your HR career.
This is a 12 month internship where you will gain invaluable HR experience working for a world renowned creative company who work with some of the biggest names in the industry.
Sat within a team of 2, you will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Director assisting with all aspects of the employee life-cycle.
You will be responsible for maintaining trackers and updating the HR database with any starters, leavers and changes within the business.
This is a super-fast paced environment so having great attention to detail and organisational skills is key! As well as providing day to day HR administrative support, you will also process ad hoc requests such as references, benefits, work experience queries and manage holiday requests.
- Prepare new starter documentation
- Support on all benefits (pension, PMI, Childcare Vouchers etc.)
- Maintain all trackers for work experience, temps, joiners, leavers.
- Manage the HR database and the e-learning portal
- Deal with ad-hoc company projects
