Exclusive New Role for an amazing boutique digital agency based in central London. This is a newly created position and we are looking to appoint a People Manager for 4 days a week for this small agency of 60 people with growth plans to have 100 employees within the next 2 years.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have sole responsibility for all people related matters as well as office management, with a high a level of autonomy and scope for influencing within this growing and commercially focused business. In order to be successful in this position, you will be a solid HR Generalist with previous experience in a standalone position, ideally within a small creative / media or digital agency.
Main duties of this role will include - Recruitment & selection, Talent Development, People Administration, Performance Management, Facilities Management, experience of people administration is essential including payroll, records, handling queries. You will be experienced and technically competent in a full range of generalist disciplines including resourcing, employee relations, learning and development as well as having a desire to extend your knowledge and experience of HR.
You must be confident and articulate with a passion for delivering and maintaining relevant people policies and processes. And you should demonstrate high personal work standards combined with strong eye for detail and follow through. You will demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision and have tenacity to deliver new and maintain existing admin and systems.
