Handle HR are working with a theatre group keen to find a HR Manager to cover a maternity leave of 12 months. Working as part of a small and busy HR team, you will partner with a diverse multi-site employee population ranging from front of house, head office through to technical staff. This is a business that people love working for, its a positive environment where the staff are valued and HR has brilliant relationships.
Its a truly generalist remit so genuinely varied, with key focus on employee relations as you will be the main point of contact for this. As well as day to day duties, you will be involved in project work, there lots of positive change happening in the business which HR will play a key role in.
Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and have a strong generalist skillset and be confident managing complex ER cases and delivering L&D frameworks. It would be brilliant if you have had some experience working with unions.
You will be a friendly and down to earth person, someone approachable with brilliant relationship building skills. You'll be the type of persona that remains unphased and resilient to change, someone proactive and not afraid to ask questions!
