I'm very excited to announce that I am recruiting for one of the most instantly recognisable entertainment media brands on a new Senior HR Advisor opportunity for their UK population.

Our ideal candidate will be creative, resilient and have strong stakeholder management experience. You will be expected to offer sound commercial advice within your business areas as well as working proactively on delivering the HR strategy in an informal and imaginative style.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be autonomous for your business area but you will have the full support of the UK HR team, L&D, Recruitment and Comp & Bens specialists.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Assist the Head of HR with organisation design initiatives and the delivery of the HR Strategy
  • Deliver a mentoring approach to line managers on long term absence and performance management issues to ensure a unified process across the organisation
  • Leading on mergers, acquisitions, restructures and ideally experience in managing consultations would be highly advantageous
  • Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to tailor development plans and running the annual appraisal process
