Handle are proud to be working with a market leading FMCG company who are on the lookout for an HR Manager to come on board for a 12 month maternity cover to support circa 200 employees based in south west London.
Working as part of busy team, you will be the go to person for all things HR for your client group, providing sound and commercial advice and coaching. Reporting to Head of HR, this role will work independently, building excellent relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrating a value add service.
This is a true generalist role, with focus around managing employee relations, performance and recruitment You will also manage day to day advisory around policies and processes. There will be opportunity to work on projects and contribute your own ideas and initiatives where appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be CIPD qualified, with excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail, and have a proactive self-starter approach to your work.
Being a good team player with a pragmatic approach to problem solving is advantageous and you must be resilient and able to work under pressure in an environment when priorities are constantly changing.
