A brand new start up business is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the management team for Day One!
Charged with the responsibility to set up and establish the HR strategy - we're looking for a passionate HR Manager / Business Partner with a commercial mind set who can help take this business on the journey from the initial launch to the early years.
You will have full accountability for the success and buy in for the People and Talent function and the role will focus heavily on the implementation of HR into the start up.
In addition to a full generalist background, experience in change management and culture harmonisation is necessary, as well as experience in TUPE management.
This new role is an amazing opportunity to work alongside the senior leadership team, you will affect change, create something new and manage engaging projects.
