In this newly created role, you will be joining the UK HR Director to play an instrumental role in embedding new processes, ways of working and building up the HR function in collaboration with the existing HR team. The business has strong family values, and they're proactively investing in their People Team, so it's a great time to join the business and alongside the HR Director be part of an exciting time in their development and growth.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for:
- Full end to end ownership of Employee Relations management
- Lead performance management review
- Drive new agenda for talent management and development
- Employee Engagement
- Recognition and Reward - implementation of flexi benefits
