We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for a start-up Design Company based in fantastic offices in London - there's even an on-site restaurant!
This role requires a solid HR Manager to be able to hit the ground running. This role is all about people and you will be responsible for everything up to the managerial level, so the perfect candidate will need to be comfortable with getting involved in all aspects of an up and down role. You will be supported by a part time HR Director who you'll be able to bounce ideas off and become the companies first HR team.
This is a a great opportunity to be able to really see the effects of your work in a small start-up environment. As a predominately standalone role this will be a real generalist position. Areas you will be responsible for are: Engagement Reward and benefits ER L&D Coaching and developing Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have exposure working in a standalone position and come from a creative background. Must be operating at this level currently and have strong stakeholder management.
