Job Description
Handle is excited to be partnering with an award winning audio-visual creative brand who are on the lookout for a standalone HR Manager to support them 4 days a week and lead the HR function.
You will take full responsibility for the operational employee lifecycle and strategic projects for c.50 employees as well as act as an advisory role to MD on all things HR.
In this newly created role. you will be working directly with the Senior Management Team and so our ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills as well as a considered, commercial approach to HR.
You will be working with a creative and diverse client group committed to the production of engaging and entertaining content therefore coming from a similar industry would be highly advantageous.
