Handle are working with a creative and dynamic digital agency who are on the lookout for a part time HR Manager to support them 3 days a week and lead the HR Function.
This is a really exciting opportunity for an established HR generalist to take full responsibility of all operational HR activities, and covers everything from recruitment, L&D, managing performance, engagement and culture.
The role is best suited to someone who enjoys working independently, and who would really enjoy making the role their own. The successful candidate would come from a small agency background, you should be fine being hands on but credible at the senior end.
Driving culture across the business is a pivotal part of the role, and being passionate about championing a strong, grass-roots culture through thoughtful initiatives, ensuring communication across the business is on brand, working on team/cultural celebrations, and leading on team wellbeing initiatives.
The business are also very focused on training and development, and so this person would lead on in house training, support heads of departments, organise valuable HR/People sessions and delivery of briefings and workshops.
