An exciting opportunity has become available for an HR Officer on a 2-3 month interim basis to join a luxury retail brand during a busy time of restructure and business development.
The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is key for this role as you will be exposed to a broad range of HR duties including 360 Recruitment, Employee Relations and maintaining accurate payroll and HR administration.
Working in a small team of 2, it will be your job to manage multiple business units and look after 150 employees during a current merger with another luxury brand. The ability to work in a process driven environment is key to being successful in this role.
You must be available immediately or on one week's notice with ideally experience gained in the public sector, FMCG, retail or hospitality industries. This role will encompass working closely with the HR Director taking full control of HR within a generalist remit.
